SALON POLICY 

-Must Arrive To Your Appointment Alone, No Extra People Are Allowed Due To Limit Space Within The Salon 

-Please Refrain From Attending Your Appointment If You Are Sick.

Please Reschedule By Utilizing The Link Within Your Confirmation Email.

 

BOOKING POLICY 

 

-If Changes To An Existing Appointment Needs To Be Made, You Must Do So Within 24 Hours To Your Appointment. Absolutely No Same-Day Changes.

-Nonrefundable Deposit Is Required At Time Of Booking That Will Be Credited To Your Appointment.

*Deposit Refunds Are Only Issued In The Instance Your Stylist Is Unable To Complete The Scheduled Appointment!

 

TARDINESS POLICY

To Avoid Inconveniencing Other Clients, Please Arrive To Your Appointment On Time. You Are Allowed A 15 Minute Grace Period. 25 Minutes Will Result In A $15 Inconvenience Fee, Anything After That Will Have To Be Rescheduled!

Clients Are Encouraged To Cancel As Far In Advanced As Possible! 

 

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY

In Order To Respect The Time Of Our Stylist, Clients Who Do Not Contact Your Stylist In Regards To Missing Your Appointment A $25 Inconvenience Fee Will Be Added To Your Next Appointment And You Will No Longer Be Able To Book Through The Website And Will Be Strictly On A Walk In Only Basis Until Further Notice
